Who operates this site
Roamz operates this booking platform for rental companies in the British Virgin Islands, Sint Maarten, and Anguilla. Each company manages its own rental service. For data questions or requests, use our contact form.
Information we collect
Owners provide an account email, company name, WhatsApp number, vehicle details, photos, prices, and policies. Customers may create an account with a name, email, WhatsApp number, and password. Renters provide a name, email, WhatsApp number, dates, pickup notes, and booking details. If a company requires it, renters may upload a driver licence or proof of insurance. Renters and owners may add condition or damage photos and notes.
How we use it
We use this information to operate accounts and listings, notify rental companies about new requests by email and, when enabled, WhatsApp, send password reset links, show booking status, support pickup and damage records, secure the site, and handle disputes or support requests. The rental company can see the booking details and documents for its own rentals. A renter can access their booking with its reference and email. Roamz administrators can access records needed to operate and support the site.
Storage and sharing
Roamz data and private booking documents are stored on our Hostinger hosting account. Vehicle listing images are public; booking documents and condition photos require booking or company access. We share a renter’s booking details with the selected rental company. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, which then handles messages under its own privacy practices. If an owner opts into automated alerts, Roamz shares their WhatsApp number and basic booking details with the WhatsApp Business Platform to deliver those alerts. We do not send identity documents through WhatsApp. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and your choices
We keep records while needed for bookings, support, disputes, security, and legal obligations. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, subject to records we must retain. Do not upload documents unless the rental company requires them for your booking.

We may update this page as Roamz develops. The effective date above will change when we do.
